Realty Times VS MYVIDEOMAG.COM (VMP)

Too Much $         VS      www.myvideomag.com

Here is a quick review of the differences I see between Realty Times (RT) and VMP's Video Newsletter.

Both allow for personal branding with picture and contact information. (I think VMP's branding looks nicer)

VMP Pricing $39.99 per month - Could be offset by sponsors ($480 per year)
RT Pricing Minimum of $499.95 Annually on up to $2899.75 depending on what services are subscribed too. RT does not have a way for sponsors to be seen in the newsletter and as such it may be difficult for the agent to get sponsors

The Agent Publicity Package includes five products:

  1. Market Conditions Reporting
  2. Real Estate Update e-Newsletter
  3. Real Estate Update Printable Newsletter
  4. Daily Newsfeed for your site
  5. Listing Commercial

Each component is a 12 month subscription that starts within 2 business days of signup and renews automatically 12 months later. (We will remind you when your renewal is coming up before charging your card.) If you are not interested in signing up for all five products, you can purchase individual components based on the pricing structure below.

PRODUCT(s) PRICE
Market Conditions Reporting $599.95 annually
Real Estate Update e-Newsletter $499.95 annually
Real Estate Update Printable Newsletter $499.95 annually
Daily Newsfeed for your Website $499.95 annually
Listing Commercial $799.95 One 30-sec Commercial
ALL FIVE PRODUCTS: $2899.75

VMP has a feature article that can be edited by the Realtor or they can just use our default article.
I don't think RT allows you to upload your own content. I could not find any information on that subject.

VMP allows for an unlimited number of featured listings.
RT allows you to make virtual tours for $199 each. In both platforms the agent needs to supply the images.

VMP has images where you click on the videos. Again providing a more asthetic look
RT supplies text titles for each video.

VMP has a trusted referral section that allows you to expand your network with an unlimited number of business associates.
RT has no such section

VMP has a viral component with the Tell a Friend -Win a vacation section
RT has no such section

VMP has special offers and money saving tips for the viewers
RT has no such section

VMP has an affiliate rewards program
RT has no revenue sharing program that I could find
